      Some decent staff, worked with some wonderful people

      Cons

      Overtime everyday - very difficult to claim correct pay Worked in an Indian Visa center - caste system in full effect- fairer skinned Indian staff worked at the front desks - darker Indian staff in the back along with Africans and Caribbean staff. Threatened with termination of contract if you don't come in and clean the office on Bank Holidays

      the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

      Cons

      if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
