      A company this young (18 Years only) having achieved where it has reached today, will have its share of challenges and learnings related to people, culture, work-hours etc etc. and VFS is no different. But tell me an organization where these issues dont exists ?? A Space Craft is most vulnerable at take-off, however once stabilized, its only upward.

      the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

      if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
