Pros

*Saturday, Sunday Off *A SENSE of power that you get over customers *Huge roster of clients from celebrity’s to VVIP’s *No visible competing companies

Cons

*Salary is way below expectations, even after 4 or 5 years you will be getting like 14k on hand *Incentives and overtime are not transparent even the managers don’t know how the same is calculated *Working hours are hectic, you might leave as late as 9PM. 11PM is the most late I have encountered during my tenure *Report time is 8AM even when you leave at such late hours it’s not worth the money or effort *Asking to do work beyond job description *Incompetent management, they lack the knowledge and initiative to ensure smooth work flow don’t know how they hire these imbeciles *Wasting resources on unnecessary updation and not fully utilising available resources. *Cliche North Indian idiocies *Subtle casteism going on *No staff retention at lower levels *Wasting time with pointless meetings and presentations with zero productivity *Complicated security measures with lots of loop holes which is only good for making process difficult *Top management whose first thought in a crisis is to throw its staff under the bus *Not dependable *No definite structure for smooth work flow *Overall just surviving not thriving when it comes to business

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
