Saturday and Sunday off On time salary

Cons

Have to be a slave to the managers otherwise they will play with your salary and increments. Mobile usage is strictly prohibited in office hours , even in lunch break you can't use your mobile. No holidays for most of the festivals Log in 8am sharp log out till everything is completed, u might have to stay till 11pm also in worst case You have to address your manager as "Sir" only , if you call by their name you will be in trouble. In short it's not office, it's school. Employees who are still working in VFS are only because of their financial problems and not getting jobs elsewhere, so stay away

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
