      Pros

      VFS GLOBAL is a good brand in Travel Industry and Data Management.

      Cons

      Though it has a great brand Value or Goodwill for outsiders and customers, but on the other side of table the things are not so good for Employees. Considering VFS Global in a particular location i.e. Pune, the higher management is not so good in favour of its employees. I've seen a great attrition rate since Nov 2019. Though the company was holding its employees during COVID Pandemic.

      the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

      Cons

      if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
