Pros

Interesting to be exposed to different cultures

Cons

Low pay, management treat you like a machine, appointments are set up so you only get 15 mins when you need 1 hour so you are always back to back and late, management doesn't listen, all they care about is money. They make you accept walk in appointments and charge them £150+, this make sure booked appointments late and you have to do overtime to catch up every single day. They try to justify this by saying you get commission from walk ins, wouldn't tell us the commission, later found out it was £1 per appointment. They are honestly evil and exploitive.

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
