      Global exposure and leader in this business

      Skills aquired are not recognized in other industries. If you suck up to your bosses you go places or else you are stuck where you are for years on end. Very strong YES BOSS CULTURE. CEO uses abusive language and this has rubbed off on most senior managers. Employees are not cared for, no proper policies in place. Expats are distinguished between and a lot of favoritism.

      the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

      if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
