Pros

I have the most pleasant experience with VFS. Since the recruitment stage, I have a high quality experience, as my recruiter was extremely helpful and understanding, responding to all my issues quickly and professionally, but with a human touch. The company allows me to grow and expand my knowledge and experience while providing me with all the necessary support and understanding. I do not feel I am left alone with any issues and the whole management I met is very nice and understanding. My manager ensures I have the right tools to do my job and I am not overloaded or overworked. I recommend VFS to those who are looking for an opportunity to expand their career and grow on many professional levels with the right support.

Cons

The benefits package could be better as I feel considering how big the company is, it can provide the employees with more than what it currently offers.

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
