Pros

The management takes care about their employees. Along with work we also have our fun/ family sessions; some of them are organized by the company. The work culture is very inclusive where you have the freedom to forge your own path and generate idea to contribute to the success of the company. The company is also technologically advanced considering the rapid automation shift in the visa facilitation space.

Cons

Nothing to complain. No company is perfect. With the correct professional maturity it is important to focus on what right is happening and the progress in actions.

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
