Its a very best platform to start our career. VFS teaches me how to be professional and ethical. It gives me varies experience as we see a lot of different customers and teaches us how to empathies the customers and handle it. Overall its a best company to work with for the grow.

Cons

Extending Hours of Work should be reduced.

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
