Pros

Can go home on time, if finish work at 5 pm.

Cons

-Promote own people. -They claim that they have no discrimination at all, but the actual fact is the opposite. -Repetitive work and doing same work daily. -Absolute no rights. -World leading company but they do not bother about upgrading the system (computer system) -Getting blame for everything if you are not them -If one gets scolded by the applicant, managers do not stand up for you, they instead side the applicant. Mental health is clearly affected. -Very stagnant pay. -Dominated by their own people. -Horrible company management style -Lack of feedback. Even if it is feedback, they do not completely listen, they only put on a show. -Not respected at the company at all. -Gets blamed for every single thing. -Company events only told a few days in advance. -Irregular/ no fixed date in salary at all. Some months early, some months on the dot, some months complete delay. -Worst company to ever join because of lack of company benefits, horrible insurance, staff mistreatment, etc... -Very cheapskate company that is extremely stingy in all aspects. -Caution: Only join this company at your own risk.

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
