Pros

You end up making good friends and learn how an organisation should not be run.

Cons

1. Very toxic environment, they do not care about employees being bullied which is a regular practice. 2.90% of the employees including the higher management does not know how to behave verbally or in written communication within the organisation and with the customers. 3. Directly or indirectly the specific employees bullying everyone are encouraged to do so to run the office. 4. Poor salaries, issues with paying salary, tax deductions, Superannuation and Leaves. 5. The quality of staff is very bad, they bully other staff and abuse worst than the beggars on the streets of India. 6. Cost cutting is another level where we do not have water to drink sometimes. Vendors do not get paid, IT is almost non existent. 7. There is no concept of IT physical support in Australia , its remote and would rate -10 out of 10 which affects employees and customers. 6. Complaints do not work for anything 7. If you are looking for stress that disrupts your mental and physical wellbeing and loss of peace, please join this company and ruin your professional and personal life. 8. Indian companies in India are better than VFS in Australia,

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
