Pros

the work is not complicated but it's very busy all the time it will look good on your CV as it's still a "global company"

Cons

- Poor Management - exploiting employees - only six-month contracts so it's easier for them to get rid of you if they want - no chance of promotion if you're not management's favourite - they prefer students on a work visa or anyone desperate for work and is not familiar with the UK employment laws - offer time is mandatory and if you refuse to do it you'll be labelled as a Troublemaker - the management doesn't know anything about the processes of the applications and they rely solely on senior staff - you can't take your break in time - management speaks Indian most of the time as the majority of employees are Indians you'll feel like an outsider you'll hear your name mentioned while they are speaking in another language and when you ask they'll tell you nothing - they'll never let you take your holiday when you need it, they don't even work with you to choose suitable dates

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
