      From this company, I have learned a lot. Especially from not knowing on how to lead then become one. Also, with the great support from the team especially our boss, I never felt I was left behind instead they show the way on how to act or react on any situation we are in.

      Cons

      Progress can be slow sometimes, but practice makes perfect. Different people will have different outcome thus we have to keep on trying to be the best version of ourselves despite facing challenges.

      the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

      Cons

      if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
