Actually Vmware has no Cons, Its a good company. The problem is with the IT-Bangalore, All Leaders in IT-Bangalore are STUPID, Boot-Lickers,selfish,arrogant. If you are good in Boot-Licking and dont want to do any work or progress technically you join IT- In BANGALORE. You will flourish. It was headed by one person who has been moved out which is a good move. Please do the same to all the Directors,Sr-Managers who were reporting to him.Here you address your managers as ---"Sir" --Crap, The people who have self-respect will never do it. I was one of them and was targeted which I did not care. I left the company for my good and got a offer 20 times better than VMware because of my Knowledge, My offer with VMware was one of the best. I was there for 2 years so I have a very clear understanding of how it works. Dell Team, Please clean IT -bangalore, lot of duplicate jobs are there only because of Boot-Licking ,no ethics, no proper-work culture, contractors are being paid for no reason, you will flourish after the new acquisition if you tackle this. EMC is a great company which you have acquired and I have worked there also, EMC is a far-better and a consistent company than VMware.
