Pros
Nice campus, healthy free snacks and green work environment. Decent pay. Good for college graduates or people who otherwise don't mind setting up a bed in the office to sleep in when demanded. Your happiness will depend on the team you are on. There are good teams and projects if you are lucky enough to be part of one.
Cons
Lack of vision, strategy and mediocre as well as insecure management starting at the top creates a soul sucking, negative environment. They are so busy micromanaging and nit-picking that they have no time left to do their own jobs of establishing clear leadership and direction. Your time and efforts will be both wasted and unappreciated due to lack of planning and a general not giving a crap about you or your health.
