Pros
-Management strikes a great balance between pushing and supporting their teams. -Hours might be demanding at times, but are relatively flexible. If you get your job done, the time you arrive and leave doesn't matter as much. -Excellent atmosphere. Very little office drama/politics. -There are increasing numbers of activities to increase motivation and productivity and general team building, from sales contests with cash rewards to energy drink flip cup to happy hour events. Reading a lot of the negative reviews, I understand where people are coming from in a way. Sure, the hours can be long. You have to work your pipeline, etc., If you are expecting to sit at a desk, skate by, and do as little work as possible for not a minute over 40 hours per week, AirWatch is definitely not the company for you. Those people flounder and eventually fail, and blame the company. If you want to work for a place with endless potential and upwards mobility, where you reap what you sow, AirWatch just might be the right place. 1/4-1/5 of the salespeople on my floor alone have been promoted since I started here 3 months ago.
Cons
Outside of the traffic (we ARE in Atlanta, after all), there aren't a great deal of downsides. There are definitely more training sessions, etc., than many would like, and at times they can feel like detractors from a productive work day. But even if this is the case for 3 or 4 hours out of the week, it still is a sign that management is trying to help you arm yourself with the best weapons to make yourself, and the company, more profitable.
