- Poor Middle&High Management
- Work schedule is a nightmare
- Phone shift - a total failure that makes the SLAs in the contracts negotiated with Customers useless. If a customer has a 2 days SLA (negotiated and paid for) they can simply call and have their ticket handled in less than 10 minutes. What is the point to this?
- Case shift? It's just a fancy word for "we don't know how to properly handle all the incoming tickets and we are understaffed"
- Poor support from higher tech tiers.
- No work - life balance
- Useless KPIs, targets and objectives
