Pros
All the pros I come up with are all things we should expect from an employer. They are moving towards a "no PTO" model which means we don't have to accrue time off, we just take it which is good on the surface, but see cons.
Cons
The general consensus is that our management will use the new PTO policy to deny time off since they will grant/deny based on performance.. etc. They have been scaling back our "perks", which I understand, but at the same time making ridiculous changes to ensure everyone falls in line when it really affects those of us that do the work and put out an effort negatively. Basically instead of punishing the "causes" they punish everyone.
