      If you want to grow fast, Its easy because of not so smart people around. Pays relatively well compared to work they give. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Technically mediocre projects to work on in summer intern. Boring environment. There is no excitement filled in at work place. Majority of workforce is old people. Confused Senior Management. They have no clue what they want. It is Perfect misfit for passionate developers.
