- Some acting managers have no clue what their team is doing or what the processes are. - There's a big problem with managing peoples PTO leading to a lot of overtime. - Overtime is not paid and too much of it is negatively received by the same managers who are causing it. - If you complain about a manager to HR, you will be put in a room with the manager you complained about, directly violating their own policies. - Managers will attempt to take credit for staffs ideas, even if they had no involvement in this whatsoever - Some managers will block you from seeking internal roles if it doesn't suit their own plans - HR will cover for management even though there's clear evidence they messed up and violated company code and conduct - There are examples of managers screaming at staff if someone questioned them - Management, Sr. management and VP's, especially former Symantec employees, are openly critiquing the CEO as not trustworthy which inspires very little confidence in the teams
