This is a genuine review - you will always have good and bad review but as for me THIS IS THE TRUTH ABOUT VERITAS AS I HAVE WORKED AND SEEN WHAT IT HAS TO OFFER. It was ok to start and then went down hill... GLAD I LEFT!! Some the leadership have a military attitude, it do or die... Non existence communication Old office No stability - Redundacies (LOTS OF IT) Trying hard to retanin people as people are droping off like flies ... Like someone else said wait for IPO Loads of people not happy just waiting for the redundancies to kick in Office politics There is talk about culture, value and listening to employee-However it all talk and no action Employee moral VERY LOW - Feel unvalued, untrusted, just numbers, overworked NO rewards nor incentives for employees Some people are been paid too much money when they are not up to standard Trying to change but yet run by useless management No clear direction Trying too hard but they have already lost the battle Cost cutting Dispassionate about employee LOW employee moral
