Pros
Free coffee in break room for all staff to consume; coffee creamer, sugar and substitutes available at all time. (20 word min) To be fair, pay is pretty decent and benefits are industry standard.
Cons
Zero support for anything. Full process is unknown to anyone; yet everyone is responsible. The process changes daily. It’s not uncommon to start over mid way through a lengthy process because it has changed since the task began. Worse yet, go through an entire process only to find out it has changed with no notice. Licensing metering goes back and forth... back and forth, like a pendulum. I agree with most of the reviews on this site, some appear to be HR written with 5 stars. I know zero employees that would honestly rate the company that highly.
