The ELT is horrific. Tragic even. A few in key positions are just plain monsters and treat their employees truly as "resources". These are "Execs for hire" many of whom seem to be still working as a hobby and not to implement strategies and see them through to fruition. The revolving door of executives should be as much of a sign to stay away as a clown wielding an ax. If you like watching companies induce their own grand maul seizures, this is the place for you! They actually pay very well but the benefits are decreasing in quality.
