Pros
Great benefits,, pay, peers, and one/two level up on management. Had a great ride there.
Cons
Upper management is clueless...lack of direction...can't inspire innovation...can't lead. Only worried about turning peoples lives upside down through RIFs so they can save money. Keep cutting loose well talented people and...well see my opening statement.
