Great people. Great team work. Rock solid brand equity. Nice severance package if you can bare to stay there long enough to get one.
Cons
Just about everything else is a con.... revolving door of leadership. Chronic lack of strategy and direction. I spent 14 years there..... used to be phenomenal company and they shared the wealth back in the day... everyone was 110% invested in rowing that boat in single, clearly understood direction. Now the only thing that's clear is that whomever is in charge and whatever their "strategy" is.... it will change and that person will be gone in 9.3 months. Only 2 things they are really good at these days.... a) layoffs... and b) losing marketshare. But hey, they are REALLY REALLY good at those 2 things... so well done, I guess.
