Pros
I had a great deal of flexibility in terms of working remotely or in the office. I also felt the people in my work group, including 2 levels of management up, were exceptional in skills and collaboration.
Cons
Every time upper management changed for our overall workgroup, the entire direction would change in regards to strategy and the work we were doing. And it did change often....I believe we had 5 or6 different VP's in 3 years.
