Pros
Compensation is above average. Employees who I worked with were exceptional. Benefits were fairly good, but continued to decline YOY.
Cons
Senior management is constantly implementing new changes that throw the organization into chaos. There is a huge gap between senior management and the people on the ground who are trying to keep customers happy. Constant RIFs at this organization. There were 5 in the last year I was there.
