Cons
1. Most of the people from EVC are leaving due to bad practices 2. Managers want to get the work done with no regards to employee work life balance 3. Management is non technical and do not understand technical terms and processes 4. Desperate to hire people and I can see most of the fake reviews here mentioning how good work life balance and technology stack is 5. They are not getting skilled people to work 6. Company is run by Sales Team and Engineering teams give preference to Sales Team needs and do not address Tech-debts leading to bad code which is going worse to maintain 7. No respect for the employees who helped them achieve the deadlines by working on weekends and 12+ hours each day 8. Most of the recent reviews seem to be fake with same choice of words and no elaboration. 9. People are leaving due to such bad practices and new people are not joining since they know what is going on here and are providing bare minimum salary to bring people in.
