The company has been acquired by a competitor and leadership has handled this transition as poorly as possible. They created the worst compensation plan of all time, paying us on decelerators and withholding commissions until the end of the fiscal. Conveniently, they also laid off entire sales teams right before they had the chance to make up their commissions on this decelerated and deferred plan. They take advantage of their employees, their customers, and their partners. All they do is take and expect more in return. Additionally, this is the most disorganized company around. Outdated tools, nonexistent processes, limited resources. This company does not deserve to be a market leader. Their time is up.
