The only thing good about the company was that they allowed you to work from home and did not insist on coming to office

I managed the KM team , there was constant interference with my work. My reporting kept changing from time to time. I was made to report to a person who had ZERO understanding of KCS / KM. He would just keep arguing aimlessly. The support leadership was a disaster . They used outdated tools and would not even consider upgrading to the latest versions. Constant Layoffs - My entire team was let go systematically and eventually I was also laid off in Nov 2024. The salary hike was miserable - On an average around 6% to 7%. The Chief customer success officer was very short sighted , had no clue on how to run a support business and made a mess of everything. Its like a survival battle if you are at Veritas Laid off employees were not even given their annual bonus packages at the time of exit. What was once a great place to work became a miserable work place
