      The management team is wonderful to work with- very open door policy and easy to communicate with when needed.

      Very busy environment- sometimes balancing work/life is a little difficult.

      part of the dell organization and benefits from the large company

      Cons

      company basically fell apart once vmware raised their prices. they were too dependent on one vendor.
