1.No Professional life grows. 2.No personal life balance 3.No rewards and good hike's 4.full politics 5.No officially trained Managers, especially at Offshore. 6.I have completed 4 years with this company but no good hike and no promotion also. 7.They merge more than 12 customers to work 24/7 support. 8.Every month has to support a minimum of 3 weekends and we will get off on weekdays even that does not continue 2 days as you will get here and there. 9.Management does not care if you are in a struggle with these.
