      The comp is outstanding if you are a high performer. 100% remote is awesome. A couple promotions in around 4 years shows the growth opportunities are great.

      Cons

      High turnover. Still runs like a start up in the wrong ways.

      part of the dell organization and benefits from the large company

      Cons

      company basically fell apart once vmware raised their prices. they were too dependent on one vendor.
