Work environment with less politics. Cutting edge technology work - S4 HANA and other latest and greatest technologies make it an excellent place for learning. Company invests high in to certifications and learnings. Flat hierarchy and open door policy - Leadership teams are available and are ready to participate in a discussion. - Monthly town halls, Team meetings, Strategy cascade and all other places. Though delayed this time for Covid - 19 reasons, company has always issued good hikes(on par or above market range). Work life effectiveness - team members work mostly on a shift. and mostly, they dont get called in after they leave work. Certainly this is not to obscure the fact that teams do stretch on maintenance windows, critical issues.
Cons
- Periodically there has been news about Leadership changes. Team perceives this as a unsafe place. - Tools, processes can be matured. We need more investments on streamlining processes. - Team members in COE must be getting opportunity to visit and interact with customers they work 24x7.
