      Compensation is fair. Work like balance is getting better. Company is trying to move to work from home environment when possible. Senior management seems to be improving year over year.

      Cons

      Those Layoff cycles are rough.

      part of the dell organization and benefits from the large company

      Cons

      company basically fell apart once vmware raised their prices. they were too dependent on one vendor.
