      at least Rory is gone.

      Cons

      They have a history of completely screwing sales people on commissions. There are at least 5 people who got hosed on commissions of at least $100K.

      Pros

      part of the dell organization and benefits from the large company

      Cons

      company basically fell apart once vmware raised their prices. they were too dependent on one vendor.
