      remote work and great benefits

      frequent layoff and politics at lower management level. Some manager are excellent and but are non-technical and they have no clue on projects they manage..

      part of the dell organization and benefits from the large company

      Cons

      company basically fell apart once vmware raised their prices. they were too dependent on one vendor.
