Pros
Brilliant vision and execution of the strategy which is only possible with the high caliber resources working across all practices of the organization. The Leadership team listens to ideas and concerns and does not hesitate to implement improvements. It is very rewarding to shape an industry by combining and delivering disruptive technologies such as Cloud and HANA for example. High Performing individuals are recognized as fast as their contributions.
Cons
The pace is fast and the work/live balance is hard to manage at times. Due to the fast growth the organization is constantly challenged to keep up the speed and quality of hiring, a tough but essential combination.
