      Pros

      Was part of the original growth team prior to acquisition by EMC and then Dell. Strong team culture, solid managers, very driven sales organization. Infrastructure team is top notch.

      Cons

      Possible to get lost in the pace. Post acquisition culture of growth got dialed in and subsumed under EMC and Dell.

      Pros

      part of the dell organization and benefits from the large company

      Cons

      company basically fell apart once vmware raised their prices. they were too dependent on one vendor.
