      I love my patients, I love my job more than anything. I really should have started years ago.

      Cons

      Hours will be cut. Some patients don’t speak English so I have to use Google Translate. Management tends to have favorites

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
