      Flexibility, interesting work, great team members

      Cons

      Sometimes the patients are rude. I have empathy that there might be insurance issues and coverage gaps, however, I do not get to control the price of the medications! Also, compensation is on the lower end

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
