      Not many only saving grace is if your lucky enough to have a Store manager who doesn’t care about the job either

      Cons

      Company will not reward hard work and instead exploit those who excel. No breaks for leadership on 8-10 hour shifts, always understaffed and severely underpaid

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
