      It is a paycheck you definitely earn with blood,sweat,and tears. If you have seniority or are in management --there is security,\.

      Cons

      No work/family life balance --all schedules stink. You pretty much have to work every other weekend, holidays, and through season without time off until you have A LOT of seniority.

      pay was decent I guess

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
