      They are honest and really do try their best to make decisions based on what is best for the employees.

      Cons

      They sometimes have to make some very unpopular decisions that are not communicated clearly throughout the company and and it ends up affecting customer satisfaction.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
