Pros
Worked with a great team, but obviously that varies by store. That's really all I can think of, problems are not with my managers, but the higher ups.
Cons
Besides the obvious (customers- retail is retail) corporate is slowly kill us off. We've faced increasing hour cuts over the last year, and now shifts are so thin that we can barely get anything done. It's killing everyone, people are leaving because it's just not worth it anymore.
