      There are no more pros to working at this company.

      Cons

      The new management style has the appearance of giving more control and empathy towards the employees however appearances can be deceiving. All they care about at the end is the dollar. No patient safety, overworked pharmacists and understaffed pharmacies and ridiculous quotas for vaccinations.

      Pros

      Flexible, not too many things to do, focus on your job, great customers, fun, free products. Working with customers. The area lead was amazing. It went down hill after she left.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
