      Extensive Phone call, many overtime

      Cons

      No time to breathe in between the 250 call you answer per day, back to back. Unfriendly atmosphere and high turn over rate. Uncomfortable chairs which is bad for your posture.

      The management is accommodating and doesn't ask of to much.

      At one point the heat was out during the winter, but i'll say that this was only for about a week.

      Pros

      I love my team so much and we have some regular patients that are amazing.

      Cons

      Well I'm supposed to be full time but the last few weeks in feeling barely 30 hours a week. We have staff and no hours, customers are hateful. We're exhausted.
