      Dose give you health insurance, if you have seniority, you don't have to worry about losing job.

      Cons

      job position over there is not secured, you might get fired for the reason of business going down.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
