Pros
Flexible schedule for the most part. Decent health benefits compared to others. Good profit sharing retirement plan w/ 4% match. Easy to find more hours at other locations if your store is lacking the hours to give (SEE CONS)
Cons
There is absolutely not enough hours to give us the help we need! Customer service is suffering because we can't take the time to help them like they need. Quantity over Quality definitely seems to be the focus coming down from corporate.
